Ingredients
Fromage blanc (fresh
white cheese)
Salt, pepper
Small herbs
Garlic
Cream
White wine
Oil
Vinegar.
Recipe
Chose a not too fluid fromage blanc, beat it. When it is smooth, add salt, pepper, small chopped
herbs and, to give the dish a touch of piquancy, crushed garlic.
Then add cream, white wine, a little oil and a trickle of vinegar.
