> Meat Dishes - Lyons Tripe

Ingredients
1 mixed tripe
Onions
Butter
Salt, pepper
Parsley
Vinegar
Recipe
Sauté the mixed tripe cut into large cubes in smoking oil, season with salt and pepper.
Add the finely sliced onions cooked in butter. Sauté it all together until well cooked.
Put on a heated serving dish, pour over a little vinegar that has been heated in the pan and sprinkle
with chopped parsley.
