Cocktail Saint-Jacques with pesto

Serves 4
Preparation: 15 mins
Ingredients 12 scallops
Fresh basil
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
3 thin slices of bacon
Salt and pepper.

Preparation Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry until crisp (around 2 to 3 minutes)
To make the pesto, crush together the basil leaves and the garlic, add olive oil and blend until smooth.
Sauté le scallops 1 minute each side.
Drizzle a bed of pesto onto a small dish, place a scallop on each one, and top with crispy bacon pieces.
