Tuscan Bruschetta

Serves 4
Preparation: 10 mins
Ingredients 4 wholegrain rolls
Soft goat’s cheese
4 slices of Serrano ham
1 peach
A handful of rocket leaves
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation Cut the rolls in half and toast lightly.
Break up the goat’s cheese in a bowl with a little olive oil and pepper. Spread on the rolls.
Wash and quarter the peach, shred the ham and place pieces of peach and ham on each roll. Decorate with the rocket leaves.
