General Terms and Conditions

All goods subject to availability.
In the event of a model modification, but for the same reference, the most recent model will be shipped.

As soon as we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you quoting the amount to be paid (contribution to shipping costs included based on volume & destination).

As soon as your payment is received, the goods will be shipped will be made accompanied by the corresponding invoice.

Delivery times

  • Metropolitan France : Within 3 to 4 working days
  • In the European Community : Within 10 working days
  • Other countries, French DOM-TOM : Within 15 working days

These are maximum delivery times.

Depending on the means of shipment, they may be significantly shorter (DHL, TNT, etc.)

Methods of payment

  • Bank cheque
  • Credit card (MasterCard or Visa) by electronic payment: you provide us with the card number and expiry date by phone to complete the transaction
  • Bank transfer: Bank details requested

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume. A contribution to shipping costs will be included at time of quote.
